Hello my name is Tanya. I am 36 years of age. I am divorced and a motherof two lovely children. I am currently unemployed. I am in need of some assistance with my bills due to the fact I am no longer working. I have a twelve year old son and a 17 year old son. My 17 year old child is suffering from a disease called Duchenes Muscular Dystrophy. Due to the fact that he needs my twenty four hour care, I am unable to work because I don't have anyone capable of taking care of my children. Also my 17 year old is not in school either due to the fact he keeps getting ill. So home schooling him has been quite benificial for him because he has not been sick since I pulled him out of school. My electric bill is way too high, and my transmission on my van is going and that is our only means of transportation for my son. It is equiped with a wheelchair lift and we are now unable to use it because i don't have the funds to fix it. We dislike where we live , the children are very unhappy. We have been looking for a place that is wheel chair accesable and are having no luck. We would like to get a grant to get our own place but I don't know where to start. I just want the children happy. I don't know what to do. So please if there is any help out there please let us know.
